Ground beef in 1-pound packages. The packages are actually just slightly over 1 lb in most cases (somewhere between 1.01 and 1.08 lb). Very lean.

Cost: $7.50 per package. Packages are 1.0 pound or slightly more 

How to use: Do I really need to tell you?  OK, here goes: tacos, sloppy joes, meatloaf, meatballs, hamburger gravy, tater tot casserole, you get the point.

  • All of our meat is grass-fed and finished. Our animals are born and raised on our family farm in western Pennsylvania, living a natural, humane and low-stress life on pasture.
