Beef Brisket

This cut is taken from the animal's breast, so it can be tougher because it is used for movement. Cook it low and slow. Great in the smoker. Cut against the grain. Also, if you're a little more ambitious, you could make your own corned beef with this cut.

Cost: $10.50/pound. Each package is a half brisket.

All of our meat is grass-fed and finished. Our animals are born and raised by our family on our farm in western Pennsylvania, living a natural, humane and low-stress life on pasture.
